The legend of Caá Yarî
Long before any border, the Indigenous peoples were already consecrating ka'a: toasted over the fire, pounded and served in ceremony to whoever arrived. Guarani legend has it that the custom was born from a gift from Tupã to an old man and his daughter, Yarî. They received it in the forest, with almost nothing to their name.
Yarî became Caá Yarî, the guardian of the herb. Since then, offering the mate gourd has been a gesture of consecration: you are welcome, you are part of the circle.

Who makes your yerba mate
Ilópolis, Upper Taquari Valley, 800 meters above sea level: the land of yerba mate. We buy the leaf from small producers in the region, harvested from mature branches, on the plant's own time. The brand was born in 1960. In 2011, the Marsango family acquired the commercial rights and brought production here. For us, sustainability lives in every harvest.

Buenos Aires, 2026: more than 400 samples tasted blind by an international jury. Cultyvada Premium vacuum-sealed won the Gran Oro, the top medal, and Yerba Mate PU-1, Uruguayan style, won the Plata silver medal.
